Description:

Aarcomm Systems is seeking an Inventory Associate to join our Production team. The ideal candidate should have experience with electronics manufacturing. You will be responsible for working with our contract manufacturers to make sure they have adequate supply of raw materials in order to build our products.

Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and organize stock to ensure an accurate count of inventory levels
• Assembling product kits to for building sub-assemblies
• Coordinate with CMs to ensure they have accurate inventory to build our products
• Accurately picking, counting, and labeling parts for production operations according to pick lists
• Perform data entry of items into the ERP system
• Shipping and Receiving
• Create and submit purchase orders
• Expediting orders with vendors
• General administrative and production related duties as required

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary technical diploma or equivalent education and experience
• 2+ years hands on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Strong organizational skills and the desire and ability to learn new things
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment that is focused on priorities and end results
